Role Overview:
As a Senior Utility Surveyor, you'll be an integral part of our client's Survey Team, providing measured surveys of utilities and contributing to cartographic production. Aligning with industry standards such as RICS guidance and PAS128:2022, you'll ensure accurate utility baselines and deliver professional surveying services to GIS & Project Teams. The Senior Utility Surveyor's responsibilities will span processing 3rd party survey data, reviewing project data against corporate specifications, and conducting field checks for quality assurance.
Qualifications and Skills:
- QCF Level 5 Diploma in Senior Utilities Mapping Surveyor or equivalent qualification
- Proficient in using N4CE and AutoCAD for survey data production
- Extensive knowledge of Ground Penetrating Radar (GSSI hardware, Radan post-processing software)
- Experience in drainage, pit & duct surveys, and structural surveys
- Familiarity with Leica Captivate, GS18 GNSS, CS20 Controller, TS15/16 Total Station equipment & Digital Levels
- Understanding of Geographical Information Systems (GIS) in relation to surveys
