Process (Manufacturing) Engineer - Airbus Single Aisle Programme
Location: Broughton
Contract: Inside IR35
Join the manufacturing team at Airbus Broughton and play a key role in industrialising modifications for Single Aisle aircraft. You will be supporting both mechanical and electrical systems in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
What you'll do:
- Transform design intent into technical instructions and manufacturing data.
- Deliver work prep for production: routings, BOMs, SOIs, STV calculations.
- Drive process improvements and implement best practices.
- Provide hands-on support to shop floor, supply chain, and assembly lines.
What you'll bring:
- Strong knowledge of lean principles and SAP.
- Expertise in aircraft production and manufacturing engineering.
- Ability to work from first principles and make informed technical decisions.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
