Belcan Workforce Solutions is seeking an experienced Process Engineer to join our team in Broughton. This aerospace‑biased role offers an exciting opportunity to support major manufacturing programmes and contribute to the industrialisation of minor and major modifications within a highly technical environment. As a Process Engineer, you will translate design intent into clear technical instructions and manufacturing engineering data, ensuring smooth production across detail manufacture, assembly, test and certification. Working within a multifunctional team, you will implement best-practice processes, evaluate and enhance manufacturing capabilities, and provide both mechanical and electrical shopfloor support.
We are seeking applicants with a strong process-driven background and experience from a large manufacturing setting-ideally with exposure to aerospace production environments. You will bring knowledge of lean principles, manufacturing engineering systems, and the ability to work from first principles. Effective communication skills and familiarity with systems such as SAP are also beneficial.
Essential Requirements:

Pay Rate: Up to £37.02 per hour (umbrella) / Up to £27.68 per hour (PAYE).
