Are you an experienced EC&I (electrical, control & instrumentation) Commissioning Engineer with a passion for ensuring safe and efficient project execution? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you in Reading! Belcan is on the lookout for a talented EC&I Commissioning Engineer who can bring their expertise to a dynamic team.
Core Duties:
You will be executing onsite commissioning activities to guarantee safe, compliant and accurate testing. Works will always be in accordance with approved commissioning procedures and Safe Systems of Work, coordinating with other working parties. You'll be attending site planning meetings to ensure seamless coordination with various stakeholders. Seeking approvals, apply, record, monitor, and remove the application of Temporary Commissioning Aids as required. And finally ensuring the final state of plant configuration always aligns with commissioning documents or agreements with the commissioning manager.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- EC&I Knowledge: Demonstrate a strong appreciation of control panels, electrical installation, and Instrumentation solutions.
- On-site Commissioning Expertise: Proven experience in testing and on-site commissioning activities.
- Safety First: Excellent awareness of Health & Safety protocols, ensuring a secure working environment.
- CSCS Card or Equivalent: Possess a CSCS card or equivalent certification.
