Hourly rate: £26.45 Umbrella OR £20.00 PAYE
Belcan Workforce Solutions is currently working with a market-leading Aerospace manufacturer to find a CAFM Operator to join their Facilities Management team based on site in Broughton.
This role will be to provide support in developing strategic and operational leadership in the design, development, implementation, administration, and communication of Performance Management methods and processes within the company's CAFM system.
As the CAFM Operative you will be managing and developing our client's Computer Aided Facility Management (CAFM) Asset database and deploying database strategy and performing system data audits. You will also be supporting the maintenance teams in verifying statutory and critical assets and verify improvements to instruction sets and Planned Preventative Maintenance schedules.
This role will involve liaising with a variety of different facilities management teams within the business, so a background within a similar role is essential. Knowledge of manufacturing operations would also be beneficial.
