Change Agent - Broughton, Chester
£19.54 per hour PAYE / £26.14 per hour Umbrella

Are you passionate about driving continuous improvement and embedding lean principles into day‑to‑day operations? Our client is seeking a Change Agent to support the deployment and development of an operating system within a major manufacturing environment. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high‑performance team influencing operational excellence within an established aerospace facility.
Key Responsibilities
As a Change Agent, you will work closely with production and operational teams, coaching best practice and supporting the adoption of lean methodologies such as problem solving, Kaizen and right‑first‑time principles. Your role will be pivotal in encouraging behavioural change, strengthening operational routines and helping teams enhance overall performance. The successful applicant will:
- Mentor front‑line teams to embed daily routines and effective visual management boards.
- Deliver awareness sessions to strengthen understanding of lean practices.
- Support management during "go‑look‑see" activities to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Provide clear, structured feedback to leaders to drive continuous improvement.
- Measure and report maturity levels using KPIs and self‑assessments.
- Co‑facilitate AOS workshops, industrial assessments and tactical implementation planning.
- Support the wider lean transformation across the site.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of AOS standards and operational excellence principles
- Awareness of Lean and Six Sigma tools
- Ability to tutor teams on AOS elements and MES usage
- Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt coaching style
- Competent in identifying deviations and recommending corrective actions

- Overtime available (premium rate after 35 hours: 25% Mon-Fri / 50% Sat-Sun)
