Overview
We're hiring a Technical Shopfloor Engineer to support production operations within a leading manufacturing environment. This role focuses on resolving technical issues on the shopfloor, supporting production teams, and driving continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Support production teams by diagnosing and resolving technical issues beyond operator level
- Provide a shopfloor engineering perspective to improve efficiency and performance
- Contribute to continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives
- Identify and support the resolution of non-conformance issues
Requirements
- Strong experience in manufacturing or lineside engineering
- Knowledge of regulated production environments
- Good problem-solving, communication, and organisational skills
- Proactive and able to work independently
Working Pattern
Double day shifts (20% uplift):
- 06:00 - 13:10 / 13:30 - 20:40 (alternating weekly)
