Due to winning new projects and clients, Belcan are looking for Contract Systems Integration Engineers, Hybrid on an initial 12 month Inside IR35 contract. The Systems Integration Engineer will lead and manage complex engineering projects through all stages in their lifecycle, from concept to the delivery of high-quality engineering solutions that meet Belcan's client's needs. The Systems Integration Engineer role offers the opportunity to work across many of the business functions and engineering disciplines that are necessary to design and develop Systems and System platforms.
The Systems Integrators will also have responsibility for creating technical documentation in accordance with Departmental Quality Management Procedures and Processes.
Previous experience in an engineering integration environment ideally with experience of Model Based Engineering approaches and the supporting methods and toolsets as well as a strong technical background in Aerospace or other Safety Critical Industry.
The System Integrators could be involved in flight clearance strategies for new products and systems for Flight, Mission or Avionic Systems. Integration activities for Avionics / Electrical Systems Design as well as for Engine Control Systems and Display Systems and Load Management Systems.
Ideally the successful Systems Engineers will be degree qualified with previous experience in the above Systems or have experience of Aerospace Certification Programmes being conversant with FAA, CAA, FAR, JAR, BCAR & certification requirements, aircraft standards; DO-254, DO-178C, DO-168G & ATA 100 System.
Successful applicants must meet tain UK Security Clearance
