Role Overview:
As the Manufacturing & Supply Chain Team Leader, you will be at the forefront of our Manufacturing & Supply Chain projects. Your mission? To enhance cost-effectiveness, quality, and timely delivery for manufacturers. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, leveraging your expertise in areas such as Manufacturing, Quality Engineering, Supply Chain, and Lean practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Leadership:
Lead and guide your team in executing Manufacturing & Supply Chain projects.
Champion continuous improvement initiatives across disciplines.
Be the go-to person for technical governance and support.
Project Management and Governance:
Engage in technical sales, proposal writing, and project execution.
Balance technical responsibilities with commercial and project timelines.
Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery aligned with customer quotations.
Team Management:
Supervise team members and plan day-to-day activities.
Identify training needs and support professional development.

Qualifications:
