- Maintain service centre stock to reflect current and projected requirements
- Ensure the safe storage of hazardous materials in line with Health and Safety, and COSHH (Control of Substances Hazardous to Health) guidelines
- Use all available resources to accurately identify parts prior to supply/order
- Liaise with suppliers to obtain required parts to meet deadlines
- Place orders and coordinate deliveries to customer's premises
- Conduct regular service centre stock checks
- Liaise with off-site engineers, supplying correct parts to meet deadlines
- Ensure all inventory parts can be accounted for, i.e. in stock, issued, in transit, etc
- Deal with warranty returns and all relevant paperwork
- Place orders and receive parts accurately and methodically
- Book parts to the correct job at point of issue
- Assist with workshop administration, as and when required
- Check completed paperwork for accuracy prior to invoicing
