About the role
The Service Desk is responsible for receiving incoming customer service requests, enquiries and customer complaints and it will be your job to track requests through to completion. As the Service Desk Advisor you will be the first point of contact between the FM Service Desk, hard services, soft services and the customer for works relating to asset maintenance and site services. Essentially you will act as the glue holding together the customer and the frontline FM services.
