As a Procurement & Contract Manager, you'll oversee procurement strategy, contract administration, and supply chain development for a key client project. Your role includes managing tendering, evaluation, negotiation, and contract reviews, with a focus on regulated process sectors.
Key objectives involve administering procurement processes, advising on contract administration, and providing cost and commercial reporting. NEC4 contracts experience is essential, along with extensive procurement/contracts management experience in construction or related industries.
Qualifications
Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors with relevant procurement experience

Relevant degree
Essential Requirements:
- Proficiency in NEC4 contracts
- Demonstrated diligence, commitment, and ability to work independently without supervision
- Highly preferable: Experience in EPCM (candidates with this background will be prioritised)
