Belcan Workforce Solutions have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Asset Data Coordinator / Surveyor to join our client who are a leading UK construction and regeneration group. The role is on a Permanent basis based at their site near Reading.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to read and understand technical information, and identify any conflicts that exist within the available data sets and to plan scoping activities with input from the Client's Asset Optimisation team to understand the available data sets and intended data capture activities. You will coordinate the plan of works agree data sets for Asset information collection. You will also be required to validate incoming information following data collection by the team, in alignment with Data requirements. Capture data applying Service codes, Class codes, Location codes & Category codes. Support the asset optimisation team in Facilitating workshops to undertake Asset importance scoring.
Skills and Experience
It is essential that you hold an HNC/D in a Mechanical or Electrical Engineering discipline or equivalent, have a broad understanding of Buildings, Mechanical & Electrical services and have the ability to analyse data sets.
It would be desirable to have previous experience of working with Asset Care / Maintenance regimes SFG20 / FMEA and be able to demonstrate an aptitude of effective communication with our clients that supports this key business objective
