Are you a Revit Technician looking for a new Fixed Term Permanent opportunity?

If so, Belcan Workforce Solutions has a fantastic opportunity with a join our expanding on-site Asset Information team for a major and prestigious scientific and pharmaceutical giant based in Macclesfield.

This is a current hybrid fixed term permanent position and is full time.

The Revit Technician as part of the Asset Information Team will create, modify and maintain Building Information Models to assist in the Facilities Management of the client's extensive asset portfolio. The role will require excellent skills both within the Asset Information Team and with other departments within the organisation. The ability to interpret information from different types of engineering drawings.

What will we need from you?

You will have experience with creating / editing the clients modelled information employing Autodesk Revit 2021-23. Content creation adhering to the company standards. Surveying when required to validate existing / newly acquired information.

Qualification / Experience

An engineering qualification and/or relevant experience would be advantageous to assist with the MEP modelling that the team is currently undertaking.

Essential

  • Extensive knowledge of Revit 2021-23
  • Experienced in AutoCAD 2021-23

Desirable

  • ACC/BIM 360 Cloud Environment.
  • An understanding of the ISO19650 Suite.
  • Modelling best practices.
  • Navisworks clash detection/model coordination.
  • Drawing/document management control.
  • Experience populating/knowledge of COBie.

You will be required to undertake a Revit Practical Test as part of the recruitment process.
