Your Role and Responsibilities
The Revit Technician as part of the Asset Information Team will create, modify and maintain Building Information Models (BIM) to assist in the Facilities Management of the client's extensive asset portfolio.

What we need from you
You will have experience with creating / editing the clients modelled information employing Autodesk Revit 2021-23. You will be well-versed in content creation adhering to the company standards and surveying when required to validate existing / newly acquired information.
Essential requirements
- An engineering qualification would be advantageous.
- Proficiency in Autocad + Autodesk Revit.
- Experienced in MEP design (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) essential.
- Strong understanding of architectural and engineering drawings.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate across teams.
