Are you ready to play a pivotal role in one of the UK's most advanced engineering programmes? We're looking for a highly organised and proactive Technical Administrator to support the dynamic Aurora Engineering Team, with additional involvement across the Integro Programme.

What You'll Be Doing
- Be the go-to support for the Engineering Manager (EM), helping manage the flow of technical information and feedback during review cycles.
- Coordinate and schedule key meetings, reviews, and demonstrations - ensuring everything runs like clockwork.
- Act as Technical Secretary, capturing and drafting minutes with precision.
- Own and maintain the document and review tracker matrix, keeping everything aligned and up to date.
- Facilitate collaborative working, ensuring systems like SharePoint, Teams, and Meridian are used effectively.
- Issue document transmittals and support document reviews in line with corporate policies.
- Provide clear and concise reporting to Engineering Team management.
What You'll Bring
- Proven experience with Meridian EDMS.
