Belcan Workforce Solutions are assisting our Aerospace client in their quest to find a Project Leader based in Broughton.
As a Project Leader, you will be working within the internal Supply and Support team, working on the shop floor to ensure minimal disruption, whilst providing vital support and solutions.
You will be accountable for delivering projects, enabling and improving the production processes that are in place whilst meeting cost and quality requirements.
Your main tasks include supporting the business by carrying out process mapping and requirement definitions, providing financial management (budgeting, estimating, billing, and funding) and creating all Project documentation according to the agreed Governance model.
To be successful in this role, it is essential that you have demonstrable engineering and project management experience, so use of LBIP, Agile, or similar programs will be vital. Due to the working environment, experience of working in a production and Aerospace environment will be beneficial. Additionally, stakeholder management will be crucial. Finally, any experience generating technical specifications will be favourable.
