Belcan workforce solutions is looking for a Project Administrator. This opportunity is vital to our client's growth strategy of providing high quality engineering and project services to their end user clients. The role is on a Permanent basis based at their site in Winnersh location
The primary role of project admin is to support the project coordinators to ensure that all projects are well-organized and get completed on time and within the budget.
As a Project administrator you will assist the project coordinators and delegate tasks to team members. You will be responsible for identifying ways to reduce expenses and increase the project's profitability. Depending on the job requirements, you may need to organize team meetings, provide administrative support and create reports.

Some of the most desirable project admin skills and attributes include but are not limited to
- Project Planning/Coordination
- Quality Assurance and Finance
- Desirable: Water Industry, Brodersen, Back Up Control, Knowledge of SCADA, Water Card (EUSR), APM, Thames Water Passport.
- Project Management, ECS Card
This work requires multitasking, attention to detail and strong communication skills. These professionals are self-motivated, results driven and organized. In addition to soft skills, they need industry-specific knowledge as well as experience in word processing, accounting, reporting and basic math.
