Belcan Workforce Soultions are seeking an Engineering Machinist (Milling and Turning) to join our client's busy workshop in the Paisley area of Glasgow. This is a temporary contract position but a Temp to Perm position is possibly available for the right candidate. Our client based in Paisley manufactures various precision engineering components for a variety of industries. The successful candidate will support the machining processes, assisting in the production of machined parts by using Manual machines; it would be advantageous if he / she were experienced in setting and operating CNC millers and lathes. Candidates must be timed served with good relevant experience in general machining, on-site mentoring will be provided for the clients particular machines. You should be enthusiastic and self-motivated in the workplace, take pride in what you do, and be comfortable working as part of a team and on your own initiative.Hours:Starting at 7.00am and working 36 hours over 4 days, Monday - Thursday. Hours on an evening or a Friday may be possible on occasions. paid weekly.
