Our client is a global leader in the design and manufacture of robotic handling equipment for applications in forges, foundries and steelworks. Employee owned and based out of Central Scotland, this is an exciting opportunity to join a dedicated team of professionals. A team who offers tailored and bespoke industrial solutions to customers in over 70 countries!
As a Design Engineer, the successful applicant will be responsible for managing a range of projects from order through to completion and will cover all aspects of mechanical design. Daily duties will include: CAD work, structural and assembly design, creating BOMs, managing projects etc.

Essential Requirements
- Experience in mechanical design
- Knowledge or experience of hydraulic / pneumatic system design
- Project/stakeholder management awareness
- 3D CAD experience
- A driven and motivated attitude
