If so, Belcan Workforce Solutions has an exciting opportunity with a multinational oil and gas corporation at their site based in Hampshire.
This is a 12 month contract position with the possibility of an extension and is full time on an Inside of IR35 basis.
What we will need from you?
The Materials Coordinator will perform and\or manage all of the activities necessary to enable effective end-to-end coordination of materials and subcontracts, in support of maintenance turnaround and routine events and acts as the interface between the business units and procurement to deliver in line with site milestones. You will be required to actively interact with planning, inventory, vendors, buyers and maintenance on a daily basis by providing customer support, tracking, expediting and effective & timely communication and align with business practices / controls and a high level of materials and service fulfilment for site maintenance event activities.
Skills and Qualifications
- Previous experience in a closely related position
- Bachelors' degree preferred
- Broad knowledge of SAP material catalogues and search tools
- General knowledge of how and where materials are used in the plant
- Advanced time management skills
- Problem solving skills
- Advanced written and oral communications skills
- Influencing with and without authority
- Organisation skills
