Belcan Workforce Solutions is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Quality Technician to support a leading engineering and manufacturing environment on an Inside IR35 contract. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-driven professional to strengthen inspection processes, contribute to continuous improvement, and play a key role in maintaining high-quality standards across production.
In this role, you will enhance inspection workflows, validate documentation, and help evolve quality systems that support operational excellence. You will also collaborate closely with manufacturing, inspection, and quality teams to ensure compliance, accuracy, and best practices are consistently upheld.
Key responsibilities include leading process improvement initiatives, refining SOPs and quality documentation, reviewing and approving inspection reports, and supporting the management of inspection databases and quality metrics. As a Manufacturing Quality Technician, you will also contribute to audit readiness, support CAPA activities, and drive 5S and TPM routines within the department.
To succeed, you'll bring hands-on experience in manufacturing quality, strong understanding of inspection and nonconformance procedures, and confidence working with ERP systems and Microsoft Office. Experience with castings, additive manufacturing, Piweb, SAP, or NADCAP is highly beneficial.
