HSE Senior Advisor

An excellent opportunity for an experienced HSE Senior Advisor has arisen onsite with one of our clients, a world leader within many key industries. This role is placed within petrochemical, refining, process or construction industries. This is a 6 month contract opportunity.
What will you do in this position?
- In this position you will be responsible for ensuring safe and responsible working and full compliance to Company and Site safety procedures. Support site Improvement Initiatives and maintain the highest standards of Health and Safety.
- Uphold the Company Purpose and follow client Golden Rules, coaching and mentoring safety advisors. You will be involved in Environmental Performance and Industrial Relations and ensure acceptable level of performance from all team members.
- Ensure frequent and clear communications are maintained with delivery manager, operations manager and construction manager, engineers and the client. Target's and having clear roles and accountabilities set out within your team and ensure reports are clear concise and accurate.
- Assist in implementing improvement programmes that continually improve the effectiveness of the services delivered. Follow time management and adopt a clean desk policy.
- Develop and maintain long term relationships with our customers based on trust, predictability and mutual respect. Sponsor the HSE corporate function and provide leadership and strategic guidance.
Experience & Qualifications
- HSE Senior Advisor will have at least 10 years' experience in the petrochemical, refining, process or construction industries.
- At least 5 years in a senior HSE role and customer facing.
- A successful track record in Hands on Management and evidence of achieving customer satisfaction.
