An excellent opportunity for an experienced HSE Advisor has arisen onsite with one of our clients, a world leader within many key industries.
What will you do in this position?
In this position you will be responsible for supporting and providing HSE documentation and HSE support, ensuring contractual requirements are met. You will be a key figure in onsite investigations- ensuring root cause, preventative and corrective actions are identified and logged on the company incident management system (Active).
Along with this you will be providing support and guidance to any persons involved in Construction or Design and management roles, ensuring they are complying with CDM 2015. Also under your remit is the task of identifying issues and halting operational processes where unsafe working practices are being used.
Mentoring opportunities are available when promoting the proactive use of safety tools, such as PASTA, peer audits and safe cards.
Preparation of required contractual HSE Documentation and to provide support and guidance to those who act in CDM specific roles of Client, Principal Designer, Designer, Principal Contractor and Contractor as they affect construction projects undertaken by the organisation to ensure compliance with CDM 2015.

What qualifications and experiences do you need to have already?
- NEBOSH General Certificate (Essential)
- Member of IOSH (Tech / Graduate Status) - (Essential)
- Experience in Auditing / Inspection, Incident Management & Investigation, HSE Legislation, CDM Regulations, Management System Standards, Industrial Services Sector, Improvement Planning,
- NEBOSH Construction Certificate (Desirable)
- Environmental Qualification (Desirable)
- CDM/ Pre-construction H&S Qualification (Desirable)
