Your Mission:
As a ESM Design Engineer, your primary mission will be to develop cutting-edge design solutions and repair schemes. The ESM (European Service Module) is the service module part of a spacecraft, servicing as it's primary power and propulsion component. You will be at the forefront of spacecraft design, tackling non-conformances that arise during the creation and testing of spacecraft structures and components.
Your Journey Includes:
Design: The development of design solutions and repair schemes for non-conformances generated during the design, manufacture and test of spacecraft structures and component parts.
Collaboration: Interface with project managers and technical departments to optimize technical solutions and resources. Your expertise will be the key to unlocking efficiency and excellence.
Innovation: Present and justify design concessions, ensuring that every decision aligns with the commitment to being 'On Quality, On Cost, On Time.'
Active Engagement: Take the lead in identifying improvement and development activities, contributing to the continuous evolution of spacecraft technologies.
Critical Reviews: Participate in reviews to guarantee the closure of non-conformance and occurrence reports, ensuring the flawless delivery of spacecraft to the launch site.
Qualifications and Experience Required:
- An aerospace or space industry background is crucial. Your experience in designing solutions and repair schemes for non-conformances will be key to your success.
