Competitive salary Circa £35,000 to £45,000 subject to experience + benefits package
Belcan are recruiting an Electronics Design Engineer to contribute to the design, development, and testing of innovative solutions and collaborate with a team of talented engineers to solve complex technical challenges and drive projects from concept to implementation.
As the successful Electronics Design Engineer, you will design Electronics Circuits, PCBs, Schematics, and Layouts. You will manage from concept, small to medium sized projects to successful completion. This can involve full Industrial control installations, through to complex system test facilities, and automatic test equipment to test cables and fixtures as well as automated process control and electro-mechanical systems from a variety of Industries from Aerospace, Automotive and Medical Devices.
You will also be encouraged to develop not only your technical skills but also your project management and collaborative skills to grow in and help grow the team to obtain greater success.
Requirements:
- Degree in Electronic Engineering or a related field
- Able to design circuit boards and test circuits from first principles.
- Strong understanding of digital & analogue design specially op-amp, filters, sensor etc
- Experienced in CAD design, SolidWorks - Electrical.
- Software skills - Altium, VHDL or similar, Libero - Microsemi.
- Able to Multitask to work on multiple projects at the same time.
- Able to carry out accurate estimating on engineering projects.
