Electrical Design Lead

Wehave an exciting opportunity for anElectrical Design Lead with Aircraft experience, to work within the Belcan Air-frame team.
This is a Permanent role, primarily based in Bristol, but flexible / Hybrid working will be an option.
Responsibilities:
The Electrical Design Lead will be engaged on Aircraft projects for major OEM's, he/she will be working within the Belcan Air-frame team, this may include but not limited to:
Electrical Functional Design Engineering
Collation of electrical functional information from the system owners/architects, definition of wiring data, development of wiring schematics and functional diagrams. This role may support modifications, new definition scheme development, investigations, installations.
Essential Skills you will need for this role:
You will work with the design team and agree circuit definition in accordance with the design requirements.
Have knowledge of Electrical routing and harness definition, 2D drawing compilation, 3D annotation FT&A, drawing set compilation within PLM system
Compilation and checking of wiring diagrams, schematics and functional diagrams, electrical configuration and integration, trained and experienced on use of the Electrical Work Bench
Definition and review of Electrical Harnesses and configuration standards to ensure that the clients standards and processes are being implemented including the desired configuration (Wires Gauges, Contacts, Connectors, Back-shell's etc).
Knowledge of change management is of benefit but not essential
Individuals with recognised signatory authority will be of benefit but not essential
