Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) Manager

Location: Broughton
Contract: 12 Months (Inside IR35)
Rate: £40 p/h (Umbrella)

This is a key role where you'll influence strategic projects, support operational excellence, and ensure legal compliance in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert EHS guidance on strategic projects, contractor oversight, and daily operations.
  • Ensure legal compliance, including CDM Regulations and the Building Safety Act.
  • Lead inspections, audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
  • Drive EHS awareness and deliver training across all levels.






Requirements

  • NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent) is essential.
  • Solid experience in facilities, construction, and maintenance environments.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and safety project delivery track record.
  • In-depth knowledge of health & safety legislation and best practices.
  • IOSH membership (or similar) preferred.
