Role Overview
Belcan are looking for a Digital Project Leader to work with one of our leading aerospace clients to lead digital transformation across multiple operational areas, collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy innovative digital solutions that enhance efficiency and ways of working.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will lead digital transformation projects across various operational areas, working closely with cross-functional teams to implement innovative solutions that enhance business efficiency. You'll be responsible for building and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships, ensuring alignment with broader digital initiatives, and supporting the deployment of new toolsets. The role involves leveraging data analytics to identify opportunities for improvement, managing project risks, and overseeing financial aspects including CAPEX and OPEX. You will also play a key part in promoting modern collaboration platforms, supporting legacy system decommissioning, and ensuring compliance with cybersecurity standards.
Skills & Experience
Essential:
- Strong project management and communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and proactively
- Understanding of operational processes and data flows
- Experience with data visualization and stakeholder engagement
Desirable:
- Familiarity with digital platforms (e.g., Skywise)
- Basic coding (Python, JavaScript, Apps Script)
- Exposure to AI, RPA, and digital tool deployment
