Belcan Workforce Solutions are currently looking for a Design Process Engineer on behalf of one of the largest aircraft manufacturers in the world.
This is an excellent opportunity to work within the Quality Engineering Disciplines team primarily in the Process/Business Quality Management perimeter for Quality Performance activities covering all programmes.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Completing process/business quality activities in support of Process Quality Management and Business Quality Management activities.
- Facilitating and supporting root cause analysis.
- Driving corrective and preventative action plans to support the improvement of engineering deliverables.
- Identifying issues/risks relating to the quality of the engineering deliverable and drive standardised mitigations plans to prevent/mitigate risk linked to the product and its related processes.
- Supporting the deployment of quality standards and apply them within the engineering organisation.
Essential:
- Be a STEM graduate or have experience within a quality/engineering role.
- Have an exposure to or understanding of failure modes effects analysis.
- Have an exposure to or understanding of root cause analysis techniques, e.g., 9S, 8D, etc.
- The ability to learn quickly with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Have an innovative mindset.
- Be self-motivated.
Desirable:
- Project Management knowledge.
- Experience within a design or manufacturing engineering environment.
- Ability to communicate in German, both verbally and in written form.
- Programming experience, e.g., JavaScript, Google apps script, Python, etc.
