What You'll Be Doing
In this role, you'll be the go-to person for ensuring that design solutions are implemented effectively. You'll lead projects from start to finish, making sure everything is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You'll work closely with both engineering and operations teams, acting as the vital link that ensures co-design solutions meet industrial requirements while keeping the customer in mind. You'll also manage engineering suppliers, prioritise responses to operational issues and drive proactive improvements to reduce costs and non-conformances. Beyond that, you'll champion initiatives that make our team more efficient and sustainable, helping us achieve our performance and environmental goals. Requirements
- Design engineering experience
- Integration experience
- Aviation experience
- Proficiency in CAD tools (e.g., CATIA) and familiarity with aerospace design processes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Project management experience is a plus.
