In this key position, you'll play a pivotal role in managing, organizing, and controlling Handover activities for a portfolio of projects or single Capital Project. Your expertise will guide Project Handover requirements throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring deliverables meet high-quality standards and achieve all deadlines and milestones. As a team player, you'll be accountable for reporting to the Handover Team Leader, providing status reports, and effectively communicating Handover information to clients and project teams.
To succeed, you'll need an HNC or equivalent qualification in construction or engineering, complemented by experience in a relevant project delivery role within the construction industry. Proficiency in MS Office packages, strong communication skills, and the ability to obtain appropriate Security Clearance are essential.
