Role Summary:
As a Completions Engineer, your primary responsibility will be to deliver all quality-related documents required for the compilation of project-specific lifetime records in the final QA/QC documentation.
This pivotal role includes the following duties:
Compile Project Documentation: Gather, organize, and compile all project-related documents, ensuring they meet the highest quality standards.
Receive Fabrication Work Packs: Utilize the Piping Manager software tool to receive and review fabrication work packs, verifying their compliance and quality accuracy in accordance with project-specific requirements.
Submit Completed Documentation: Submit both generic and fabrication-specific documentation for client review and acceptance, demonstrating your commitment to quality and compliance.
Assist in Process and Procedure Development: Collaborate with our team to set up and write processes and procedures related to QC completion records, contributing to the creation of comprehensive lifetime records and documentation.
Continuous Improvement: Proactively raise Continuous Improvement Forms (CIFs) to identify areas for enhancement and ensure that our processes continually evolve to meet the highest standards.
Client Liaison: Maintain open communication and collaboration with the client's QA/QC departments, ensuring that our documentation aligns seamlessly with their expectations.
Skills and knowledge required:
Completions Experience: A background in mechanical or piping systems is highly valued, as you will be managing the completion process for these critical components.
Document Compilation: Demonstrated experience in compiling and delivering quality-related documentation for the lifetime records of projects, highlighting your commitment to quality and compliance.
Software Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Piping Manager (BET-Software package), ProArc, SharePoint, BET IMS for ISO 9001, and SAP to efficiently manage project documentation.
