This is your chance to join a top-rated OEM Pump/Rotating Equipment company. The successful applicant will be responsible for undertaking computer aided design across a broad range of pumps and packages, mostly within the oil & gas sector.
This brand-new opportunity is based out of Glasgow, is a contract position and is expected to continue for 6 months.
Pay:
- Negotiable hourly rate
Daily duties include (but not limited to):
- Producing hydraulic/mechanical 2D detail drawings & 3D models
- Pump layouts for manufacture, assembly, supplier and client interface
- Creation of BOMs
Key requirements and skills for the role:
- Essential - Previous CAD engineering experience on centrifugal pumps and associated packages.
- Ideally - Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or CAD Engineering, or equivalent with related experience/training.
