An excellent opportunity for an Administrator has arisen onsite with one of our clients, a world leader within many key industries. This role is placed within Engineering, Industrial Services Sector, Petrochemical, Oil & Gas or construction industries.
As a Administration you will support site at Montrose, assisting the client Management team on all business administration requirements.
Main Responsibilities
Perform a wide range of tasks to include but not limited to the following:
* The administrator will be responsible for Site Timewriting from timesheets into Mpower system
* Site Buying from requisition to SAP system
* You will book training for all staff and maintain employee training records
* Manage, update and maintain training requirements matrix and records showing certificate/training expiry dates
* Maintain electronic supporting forms and registers
* General administration, maintain filing systems and control of general data.
Control and update absence chart ensuring transparency of approved holidays and absences for staff
* Ensure notice boards are current and kept up-to-date
Experience and Qualifications
* Practical knowledge and experience in a administration or similar role
* Evidence of fundamentals in standard MS Office and Access applications
* Knowledge of SAP preferable
* In depth knowledge and understanding of Excel
* Self-motivated / disciplined
ESSENTIAL
* Minimum English & Maths Scottish Ordinary/Standard Grade of GCSE's
