Belcan Workforce Solutions are currently recruiting for an Administrator in our Filton office. The administrator will ensure candidates receive a friendly, efficient experience of external recruitment on-boarding, communication and support throughout engagement through to off-boarding. Ensuring up to date and accurate information is maintained. Ensure compliance with regulations and processes.
Role Requirements
- On boarding activity - Manage all on-boarding paperwork for external new starters
- Ensuring all required documentation is obtained and stored within our applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Checking ATS placements are complete and accurate and maintain audit trails
- Maintaining accurate and up to date information in operational systems.
- Maintaining on-boarding trackers and suggesting improvements for process
- Maintain matrix of client on-boarding requirements and ensure compliance
- Providing on-boarding documents for internal and client audits.
- Management of Recruitment admin mailboxes and logging of all correspondence.
- Setting up new starts and processing leavers on operational systems.
- Liaison with candidates/workers and dealing with all relevant queries and escalate issues where necessary
- Ensuring all Department related paperwork and documentation is completed in line with Company policies and procedures in a timely manner.
- Attend any relevant training sessions to ensure that you are fully equipped to perform the role effectively.
- To undertake such duties as may be reasonably required for the effective operation of the function.
- The Administrator will contribute towards the improvement of processes/methods of operating practices within the department.
Qualifications
- Proficient computer skills including MS Outlook & MS Office Suite.
- GCSE pass level in both written and spoken English and Math's.
Person Specification
- Experience in admin and secretarial, customer service or similar
- logical and numerate
- Ability to work in a Team environment.
- Professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Flexible approach, able to embrace change and accept responsibility
- Self-motivated and Goal orientated, with a willingness to contribute suggestions to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Some travel to other Belcan offices will be required.
- An existing right to live and work in the UK.
- Successful applicants will be required to undergo a BPSS on appointment.
