Belcan Engineering Services is currently experiencing a period of significant growth, we are now looking to recruit an Administration Assistant on a permanent basis. Our Administration Assistant's are an important part of the documentation and organisational process.
Our Administration Assistants are approachable individuals and the first point of contact to anyone on entry to our sites. Day to day, your tasks will involve, controlling and managing security induction documents, answering calls, supporting marketing activities and handling important company orders.
We are looking for candidates committed to providing the highest level of customer service and the ability to communicate accordingly. Having experience in meeting strict deadlines, working independently and exceptional use of Microsoft Office is essential.
